Return & Refund Policy
At LLDesigns, every item is custom-made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind.

We will gladly make it right if:

• You receive the wrong size due to our mistake

• Your item arrives defective or damaged

• You receive an incorrect order

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be replaced at no cost or issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds.
