Terms of Service – LLDesigns

1. Overview
By accessing or using LLDesigns’ website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom-made to order. This means production begins only after your order is placed. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and personalization details carefully before purchasing.

3. Processing & Shipping
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. This does not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume (such as holidays, sales events, or large custom projects), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping time is in addition to processing time and varies by carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. LLDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind.

We will gladly make it right if:

  • You receive the wrong size due to our mistake

  • Your item arrives defective or damaged

  • You receive an incorrect order

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be replaced at no cost or issued as store credit. Refunds are not offered.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photos, descriptions, and other content on this site are the property of LLDesigns LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Product Care & Use
Care instructions are provided with each product listing. LLDesigns is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability
LLDesigns is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Kansas law.
