Shipping Policy – LLDesigns
Processing Time
All items are made to order, which means production begins once your order is placed. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
During high order volume periods (holidays, sales events, or large custom projects), processing times may be slightly longer. We work hard to get orders out quickly and will keep you updated if delays occur.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is in addition to processing time and varies based on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
While most orders arrive quickly, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. LLDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup
If you select local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup instructions will be provided at that time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, LLDesigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.
